Navy Seabees Construct Training Facilities

Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Patrick Udell uses a table saw to cut plywood to use as siding on a model convenience store in Santa Paula, Calif., July 30, 2015. The store and other structures will be part of the training facility at the National Disaster Search and Rescue Dog Foundation’s National Training Center. Udell is a builder assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 18. The Seabees, assigned to active duty and reserve units, are constructing training facilities at the center to simulate realistic disaster scenarios for search dogs under the Defense Department's Innovative Readiness Training Program. U.S. Airmen Arrive in Turkey to Support Anti-ISIL Operations

U.S. Air Force personnel arrive at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, to support Operation Inherent Resolve, Aug. 9, 2015. This follows Turkey’s decision to host the deployment of U.S. aircraft conducting operations against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
