U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Max Lopez, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 40, uses a bulldozer on Sept. 15, 2005, to supply a crane with lose dirt to block the area where Buras Levee broke during Hurricane Katrina.
